  • First Steps Count Navigator

    The First Steps Count Navigator can walk alongside your family, to get the support you need early and connect with services operating inside and outside of the centre including parenting groups, playgroups, and other community services.

  • Empowering Parents Empowering Communities

    Empowering Parents is an 8-week program supporting parents to increase their confidence and knowledge of children’s feelings and emotions and build social connections.

  • Foundation

    Foundation supports mums to reconnect with their body through safe and supportive exercises beginning with gentle movements designed to restore core strength and pelvic floor health. The program also supports connection with other mums in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Volunteer Family Connect

    Volunteer Family Connect offers support to families with children birth to 5 years living in Taree, Forster, and surrounding areas. The program trains volunteers and matches them with families in the community. Volunteers provide support to families in their parenting role to adjust to a new baby, cope with multiple children, overcome feelings of isolation and frustration.

  • Wellbeing for Kids

    Wellbeing4Kids offers up to 12 free therapy sessions per calendar year for children under 12 years requiring mild to moderate mental health supports. Our clinicians provide flexible models of therapy for children and caregivers at FSC, including face to face, group therapy and telehealth options. Referrals can be sent to

  • Women’s Health Nurse Service

    The Women’s Health Nurse Service provides a range of supports and service for women including Breast Checks; Cervical Screening including Self Collection; Pelvic Floor assessment; Pregnancy Testing; Psychosocial Support; Post-natal assessment; as well as Information about: Contraception; Fertility; Menopause; Reproductive Health; and Sexuality.
